The World of TV

For a long time in Spain, people have been watching only 7 channels on television, and one had to be paid to watch it.

Relatively recently, the TV has changed with the entry of TDT (Digital Television). It has created new channels which are listed in the new schedule, now are over 40.

The problem with having so many channels is that the budget must be split and then programs lose quality. There are more options but less quality.

Lately, there has appeared a new television format that is dedicated to make up stories to entertain an audience who are bored, and have all afternoon to stay watching TV, and obviously not working.

These types of programs are breaking the Spanish society down, but it's what they like.

Even so, when a there is a quality program, viewers respond massively in a good way.

There is still some hope ...
